Fishmeal production in US and China The decrease in production comes amid a growth in the main sectors that consume fishmeal (aquaculture and animal’s food). The main contribution to this decline have brought Peru and Chile (see Figure 8). At the same time, fishmeal production in US and China show the gradual growth (see Figure 9).
