10 NATURE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The Morakot Island development on Koh Puos Island is a unique luxury residential and resort project, occupying an area of approximately 116 hectares on the 120 hectares of the island. The total construction area on the island is approximately 58 hectares. The project is a major development to promote luxury tourism in the coastal area of Cambodia.
